Stinging pelvic pain?!

Question: Stinging pelvic pain.?

Just recently i've been having this stinging pain in my groin/pelvic area only on the right side. it started out as a heated up feeling about a month ago then gradually started burning and stinging. I only get this at night lying in bed and it only happens for a few minutes. I never feel it during the day.
