Not only is it great for the cramps, but it makes my bleeding lighter, just watch that you don't overdose yourself. When Ibuprofen quit doing enough for my cramp pain, i had to start taking birth control pills and it has been an incredible help too. I still take the ibuprofen, but not nearly as much.
