Question: Is it normal to have a heavy period every now and then.?

I'm really wondering if it's normal to have a really heavy period every few months if it's usually not so heavy.?
if so then what's the reason.?and what can I do to compensate the big amount of blood I'm losing.?Health Question & Answer
