Question: Why does my right knee hurt.?
For the past year and a half, my right knee has felt sore, and pops/cracks a lot. A lot of times it also feels as if it is hollow, and when I sit down I notice it more.

The problem could be dehydration.
When the body is short of water, you can no longer lubricate your joints. You should drink more water.

it could be many things... mine started doing that because i fell down on it when i slipped on ice... also do u have arthritis in ur family... or it could be something else.. the best bet would be is to go to the doctor... Health Question & Answer

Buy a knee brace.
