Firstly, calm down. The more you get uptight, the worse it is. Do you drink coffee.? Or Coca cola.? Anything with caffeine.? Too much caffeine can do that to you. Or if you go to your Dr while it is beating, get them to hook you up to a cardiograph to measure your beats.Health Question & Answer
Don't worry, my husband and I both have irregular heartbeat. I have had it for years, it is very scary when you feel it skip, cause it feels like my life is just leaving me. You would be surprised at how many people have an irregular heartbeat. You'll be alright
