Question: I dont know if this is my period or not.?
When I went to the bathroom from lunch I saw my panties were red almost brown. Now i wear pads and everything and I have blood in the pad when I check. Is this my first period.?Health Question & Answer

Yes it is. Congradulations, welcome to the world of womanhood. Just stay stocked up on pads and other supplies. Keep some IB profin or Tylonal for cramps, you will be getting them for almost every month of your life. With my first period I got it agian two weeks after my first one, this is not uncommon, It can take upto a month or two for your body to get normal. For me I get mine every 3 to 4 weeks.
