Ladies only please........?!

Question: Ladies only please.........?
My boyfriend and I were planning on going to the beach this weekend and I was going to go swimming. The trouble is is that, I got my period today and now Im not sure if I can even go swimming.
Can I still go swimming or do I have to stay out.?
Please let me know.

Put a tampon in and have fun!!! Change it as soon as you get out! Swimming is great for cramps!Health Question & Answer

If you use a tampon you can go swimming.

If you use pads you might leak before you get in the water, and when you get out, could get messy. Periods tend to stop once you are submerged in water. (you cant wear pads in the water- some girls seem to wonder if they can or not!!)Health Question & Answer

You can still go swimming. Try using sport tampax. You can do whatever you need to do. and the cool part is that you'll eventually forget the tampon is in you. Health Question & Answer
