Question: Period after late miscarriage or something else.?
I had a miscarriage about 28 days ago for about the last two days I have had some brown spotting along with period like cramps. I have had brown spotting after my period but never before it. I also had a mucus like discharge before the spotting started. (sorry for the tmi). Does it sound like it's my period or could something else be wrong.? I go to the doctor next Friday but this is really bothering me.also, I was pretty far along with my miscarriage (18 weeks) and had a D&C. Health Question & Answer

It could still be your body getting back to normal and just getting rid of any waste left. It's a good thing you have a doctors appointment cause even though it doesn't sound like something out of the norm after a miscarriage you should ask a doctor. Everyone is different.
