It could be a number of things. Did you bleed the first time.? If you did, whatever tore in your vagina might have not healed all the way and this time it made it reopen. Or maybe he was too rough. Did he finger you.? If he did that definitely could be the problem. His fingernails might have been too long or he did it too rough.
