That is all dependant on how you define "virginity".. Some cultures consider it having a hymen intact, others believe it's after having sexual intercourse.... So you'll have to decide where you stand

No you cannot lose your virginity from using tampons. you can only lose your virginity by having sexuall intercourse. Tampons are really comfortable and you cant even feel them. just always remember to change them every 4 hours. you should be fine. :)
