It is only your fourth time getting your period. Your menstrual cycle usually becomes regular and constant after a year or sometimes longer than that. Your periods will be irregular and sometimes due skip a month or so.
also, if you are having sex (I am assuming since you mentioned pregnancy) the introduction of sex causes your cycle to become irregular because it is your body's reaction to the increase of hormones.
Don't worry, you will get your period, it is normal for it to skip around in the beginning, but I suggest if you don't get your period for more than two months or its skips twice in a row to go see your doctor.
Just be patient it might have skipped or it is just late.
