You may want to go see a doctor. It could be as simple as you are still growing, but there is a type of breast cancer called inflammatory breast cancer that causes aching, swelling, etc without any lumps and typically occurs in younger girls than "normal" breast cancer. It is very rare, so i wouldn't panic, but most women have never heard of it so i thought i would bring it up.
