Sharp pain in the pelvic area?!
Question: Sharp pain in the pelvic area.?
I am having terrible pains in my lower left pelvic area. It feels like I am being stabbed. I have not stretched or done anything that i would think could pull any ligaments down there, but I am also having sharp neck pains...lol two totally different places, but could they be related.? With the pelvic area, my period should start this week..don't know if that would change anything.Health Question & Answer

It could be an ovarian cyst. They are very common among women and are very painful when they burst. Some can be harmless and others can be dangerous. The best thing would be to go to your doctor and find out if you have cysts or if there is another problem. That's always the best bet. It could also be just a really bad cramp.
