r u currently taking the pill.? As my body disagreed with the hormone level in the pill so i was told to stop taking the pill and let my body have a rest b 4 trying a diff pill with altered hormones in it, as i often woke in a pool of blood. so i know how you feel looks worrying doesn't it.? If you are not on the pill then going on the pill may help you as the pill if fine for many but u have to find one that works for you. Try doing exercise i know its the last think you wanna do then have a bath. Book yourself a doctors apointment even if it lightens though.Health Question & Answer

mine were like that when my periods first started. and now agin after having a baby. the pill can lighten it, and a coil can too. i use super plus tampons AND a night time towel with wings. depressing, but doctors can defo help!Health Question & Answer

you cant lighten a period lol, i would say use a tampon (preferably super.?) AND a night-time pad so that it cant get through both, plus change both regularly.Health Question & Answer
