my boyfriend and i havent had sex for 7 months. we are both non virgins. since we had sex again... i started bleeding. when we had sex again 2 weeks ago. after intercourse i see blood... and he is tripping out on me. and at first we thought it was my period. i had a abortion in july .. about 3-4 months ago. ( please dont lecture me about abortion.. it was the hardest decision - family dragged me to the clinic) and im not sure if that is why .? its just a little bleeding during intercourse and someones i bleed now randomly.. but like spotting.. what can this be .? is this because i havent had sex for a while .? what do you think.?Health Question & Answer

Your cervix may not have healed properly from the abortion, and if your boyfriends penis is bumping it, that may be a cause of the bleeding.
On a side note: When i was under a lot of stress, it messed up my period and i was spotting all over the place and the bleeding would usually start when i was having sex. This has happened to me on 2 separate occasions and each occurrence lasted about 2 months. I did go to my doctor but was not diagnosed with anything, and it eventually went away.
If you are under stress and upset from your choice, it may be part of the problem.

Let me ask you this....Have your cramps gotten worse or do you have lower back pain on your period, or are they heavier.
If you have answered yes to any of these it could be that you have Endomitriosis.
An abortion can cause scarring tissues which can cause this, with me it was a C-Section that caused mine and I have been having the same problem you have described since I have had it.

Maybe it's a sign that you need to stop having sex cause sounds like to me if your parents pushed you to have an abortion then you aren't old enough to be having sex anyways. i think it could be from the sex try using lube for awhile and see if that changes things .your body could still be adjusting from hormones that your body would have from being pregnant they are still there even though you are not any more.Health Question & Answer
