Question: Help! i have no clue what to do.?
i got my period 2 days ago & it's been really heavy all night i've had to change my tampon (super-plus) about every hour, since 10pm & it's now almost 4am. i also have really bad cramps. i told my mom about it 15 mins ago & she told me to go back to bed.
this has happend before & i ended up going to the emergency room.

It would be better to wear pads at night. If you have the problem with cramping, try some pain relievers, (none aspirin type), and also a heating pad or hot water bottle applied to the area. Good luck!Health Question & Answer
Everyone's periods are a little different and what is normal for some isn't normal for others. Agree that you shouldn't wear tampons to bed but if your periods are regularly excessively heavy like this you should have a check up from a doctor.Health Question & Answer
Listen to your mom and don't wear tampons to bed. Wear a pad you may be irritating it more. But don't let it go on to long before telling your mom you want to go to the doctor.Health Question & Answer
