my periods used to go for at least 4-5 days and i got hardly any cramps or period pain. but now after i have become sexually active they last for 2-3 days max and my cramps hurt soo unbelievably much!!! is this normal or wat.?.?Health Question & Answer

well, you can go on the pill to ease those cramps or take ponstan 3 days before you usually get your period.
i've had bad cramps for about 10 years, so to me it seems normal.
pain can also come from stress. are you stressing about being pregnant or the relationship.? i remember when i stressed about being pregnant i had like two weeks of cramps prior to getting my period and when i got my period i had possibly the worst pain i've ever had.
my period lasts 2-3 days too.
so it all seems normal. maybe it is just a coincidence that your period changed after you had sex.

before sex sounded odd, could be just your body changing, if you get really freaked out talk to your doctor just to make sure its nothing serious but from all accounts here you sound wonderfully normal :)Health Question & Answer
