so thats good! change it when u get up :DHealth Question & Answer

I do. I am 44 years old and I have always used a tampon at night for the first two nights of my period. And I often have one in from 9.30 to 6.30. For the other nights, I don't use anything, just put a tampon in as soon as I get up. I hate pads!Health Question & Answer

I never wear pads. I wear tampons all the time and my period lasts for 7 days. As long as you don't use to big of an absorbency or leave it in there for longer than about 9 hours maybe a little longer, you should be fine. Health Question & Answer

i wouldn't see it being a problem depending on your flow and so long as you insert a fresh one just before going to bed and a fresh one in the morning.Health Question & Answer

Yes you can. But remember to also listen to your body.Health Question & Answer
