They could be small pimples, or even ingrown hairs. I took the liberty of looking at your other questions, and in a previous phrasing of this question, you mention that you are 20 and that you have a baby. Are you still nursing/lactating.? If so, we could also be seeing some hormonal involvement causing small breakouts around your nipples. Is this basically on the skin of your breast itself, or is it on the areola.? (the darker part, the nipple in other words)

My basic advice would be to keep your breasts clean and dry, and to use a mild soap. You might, especially if you are still lactating and nursing, consider using a more mild laundry soap, and making sure that your bras are well-rinsed out after washing. (run the extra rinse cycle.?)

As long as you are not seeing any redness, swelling or soreness (beyond usual soreness that might be happening if you're nursing) with your breasts, I don't think you have a major problem.

you should never pop anything on your breasts unless you know what they are...

if they are red they are most likely pimples. it's not uncommon to get them there. if they are the same color as your skin, that's normal, i have them. but if you're worried check with your doctor before doing anything.Health Question & Answer

ha ha ha no don't pop them! i have them too and i'm a guy... and all girls (as far as i know have them too) i don't know what they are they're just there =)Health Question & Answer

They are normal. Resist the urge to pop them hun, you don't want to end up with a bunch of scars on your nipples. They could be cystic type pimples or ingrown hairs..Health Question & Answer

they are called cysts and they are very normal
