Big o Booty problems....? ?!


Question: Big o Booty problems.....? .?
Alright imma try to be as detailed as possible without writing my life story.

Im 5'0 about 100 lbs,
Im very petite, Small frame, Flat tummy but big,full thighs.

Which makes me look awkward.? Because, I dont have FLAT booty, but theres not much to it... do you get me.?

Now, i posted this question about 3 weeks ago, and everyone reccomended walking jogging running etc.

So i stopped taking the bus and started walking 3 miles to get to my job ( Waking getting there and walking back )
-keep in mind i work every other day.

So about 24 miles a week.

Up hill and down hill.

I eat like no other, but i have a weight problem- its very very hard for me to gain weight, lately ive started a excersize program that im doing everyday but im gettin impatient!!!

Shouldnt walking help me.? Why do i feel the burn in my legs and thighs more than my buttt.?

Any foods that are recommended.?

some talk about eating a meal before bed can help gain wieght and also wieghtlifting to gain muscle mass and loose body fat. Its more in a mans way to do. as for wemen mybe you might want to try eating some chocolate like my sister she got a perfect booty she eats eats eggs, cereal, soups and what mama makes her. the best thing is just be the good way you already are before the metabulizm crashes then a in uncontrolable diet might happen.
Since you walk alot eat protien. Some meat.
although consuming alot protien is going to make exercizes more SOAR and cramps.

if your thighs are mostly fatty tissue then walking should work it off, but if your thighs are already muscly then working out will make them even more bulgyHealth Question & Answer
