Question: What is Microgynon 30 given for.?
is it ever given for period really bad pains.?

if not then which one is.?

Answers:
Microgynon is contraceptive pill, but it can also be prescribed to women who have heavy, painful or irregular periods.

I started taking it when I was 14yrs old because I used to be in complete and utter agony when I was on my period! But after a couple of months of taking the pill, they got a lot lighter and less painful :-)
