Ok, so we have sex ed coming up again, im 15 and when we did it last year i got really embaressed! and i dont know why! Itw as horrible because my mates were ok about the whole thing, but i found it really embaressing.
This year though recently ive become mpre louder and stuff, and were having it again, so will i still be all quiet about it.?
Am i just natyrally a prude or do you think somethings triggered it off.?

I felt the same way, but since I have a lot of guy friends we just made jokes about it. They kept me laughing through that whole section. Having a man teacher would also be very embarrassing, just don't think about it and keep staring at your book and don't look up, hah. And only you can stop yourself from being prude about things. you will be okay. i remember when i learned about sex and stuff in 9th grade!! almost everyone i knew was there! PLUS there was a hug picture of a guys penis on the board! we watched a video of a guy ejaculating inside a woman. (no bad scenes of course) just inside of the body. it was so weird but everyone laughed and made the teacher replay it in slow motion. after that everything was okay! people make it a joke to be comfortable! it was so embarrassing. but when its over, you dont remember it. (well you do! but not to the point where it bothers you) if anything, you and your friends will laugh about it! Its totally natural. everyone has to talk about sex to know the facts. just relax it is totally natural. i know at my school we had to put a condom on a fake penis and that was a bit embarrassing but everyone is in the same situation so don't worry . good luck xHealth Question & Answer
