it is normal to have irregular periods! you should see a doctor..but mostlikely they will tell you the same thing.
don't be to worried about it..i think its normal. Period patterns depends on a persons body too..no two people have the same style of period pattern. Health Question & Answer

After I had my first period, I only had it twice in one year...about 5-6 months in between..then it started to become more regular. It's not uncommon to be irregular or even skip for the first couple of years after starting your period. If you're concerned, go to OBGYN and have them check if you have hormonal imbalance.Health Question & Answer

Every girl is different. I've been getting my period since I was 13 and it's been on time, every time, down to the last second, every month. I never went irregular. But it is very normal for periods to be really wacky when you first get them.

ALTHOUGH. You are 16. Unless you are severely underweight you really should have gotten your period a couple years ago. And the fact you've now missed it for 6 months, leads me to believe you may have some sort of hormonal imbalance that may need pills to regulate. Check with a gyno!Health Question & Answer

that happened to me too, i think the gap was about 4 months or something like that between my first and second period. if you are really worried tho then you should see a doctor.Health Question & Answer

Your body is still getting use to the hormonal changes that happening. It usually takes several months to start having regular periods. Don't stress to much about your period either, cause stressing can also lead to irregular periodsHealth Question & Answer
