i dont know what and how to eat..i live off of fast food and im really addicted to junk food and sweets! but im also afraid of what other people will think of me at the gym...what do i do.?Health Question & Answer

That's what the gym is for - don't be self-conscious about going there. Wear something comfortable like leggings/exercise trousers and a t-shirt (no need to look like Ben Stiller in Dodgeball LOL).

Will you have a trainer when you get there.? Sometimes they won't let you start until they've assessed your health levels and designed a programme for you, which is a good thing I think because it gives you something to focus on.

With eating, I've tried every diet under the sun and the best ones really are the calorie counting, weight watchers and slimming world type of diets - the ones which don't deny you food but encourage you to eat more of the good and less of the bad.

I hope it goes OK..........and if you DO see anyone dressed like Ben Stiller in Dodgeball, make sure you laugh a lot because laughter actually burns calories ;o)
