Hello.I'm 19 years-old and lately my bra's look like they "get smaller" (..)I'm not getting bigger in inches-not even 1- I've always been 32B but now I feel like getting "drowned" in those. I have an ex picture:
all my bra's finish in the blue line but i feel my bust at the red line.
Do you know what that means.? Should I change a size.?And then what size should i get.?

need bigger cup: try 32C. also 34B is the same cup as 32C and a little bigger around . try them both. measure yourself; around -below breasts-(# u get+ 5) = band size like 32,34
and then around (highes part of breasts) - the difference btween this number and the band size is the cup (for example a difference of 3 in would be a C cup and a difference of 1 would be an A cup).Health Question & Answer

I don't know if you have heard of trinny and Susan (I think its called) but she has a show on TV in the UK I think it is, anyway most women by bra's that don't match their breasts, she recommended that woman should go to a proper bra shop and get professionally fitted for a bra for their size breasts,as they can do damage to there posture back etc not wearing the correct fitting bra, anyway hope this helpsHealth Question & Answer
