Question: That bag thing i think its called the plasenta.?.....?

is it already inside of a woman way before she gets pregnant and it just expands once the baby is in there, or does it form once you are pregnant.? if so what is it made from.?

When the egg is impregnated by a sperm - the embryo implants into the wall of the uterus and the placenta then forms.

No embryo - no placenta.
