Question: My period has gone from 5 days to 3. .?
When I got my period, it lasted for about 5 days. Well, for the last 3 months, my period has been no longer then 3 days. Normally when I get it, I get it in full force. And it lasts for 3 days and then stops out of no where. Is that weird.? Health Question & Answer

No, that's not weird, it's normal. Your body is adjusting to the changes. When you first started it was probably light as compared to what it is now. It's the optimum, it's what you want as you can really depend on it to be just that, one day starting kinda light, second day full force, and the third day back to light again, then stopping. It's good. It can get a bit crampy, but at least it's over and done with. That way your back to normal again until the next one.Health Question & Answer
I wouldn't think so. Mine went from 7 days to 3 in a 6 month time span. My doc told me it was fine, just my body doing its thing. I remember in health class it was stated that women could have a period lasting from 3 to 7 days, so I wouldn't worry. If you notice anything abnormal, and it worries you, check with your doc. everyone is different! Most of the time ill get mine for 3 days but sometimes it can last up to 6 days i guess it may depend on your body and your diet maybe your stressed.? who knows but if your really worried i would go see a doctor but i don't think there is anything wrong =)Health Question & Answer
