It's hard to tell because everyone is so different. Everybody has different bodies, and those bodies don't always do the same exact things. also, since your diet and exercise plan isn't regular, it makes it harder to tell what's going on. It could be that you're pregnant, ill, or stressed...or maybe even just getting an irregular period. So, your best bet is just to go see your doctor.
