i started puberty before everyone in my school, yet i'm the last one to develop.
all my relative has big boobs, and i'm barely an A-cup. and i'm 14!
i also have no curves or hips at all! i have a childish, boy figure.
i'm in 9th grade and my mom had bigger boobs in 4th grade than i have now!!
most girls my age just hit puberty this summer, and are waaaayyy more developed than i am at all.

I wouldnt worry about your breasts. Really.
I started getting mine at the end of 5th grade(the first of all my friends), then they hit about a b cup and stopped. All my friends made fun of me for years for being so small. Then suddenly, halfway through my freshman year, they grew ALOT. Just out of nowhere. I am now a senior in highschool and wear a 36FF cup. And Im not fat or anything, I have a slim figure with huge boobs, which are genetic.
If big breasts are genetic in your family, then its possible that you will be a late bloomer like me. I had a boy figure too, but once my boobs came in I took on the shape of being a woman. Im seventeen but I get mistaken for being anywhere from 19-24.
Even if your body never changes a whole lot from how it is now(which is unlikely) you will still be beautiful. There are many thin women with small breasts and no hips that are absolutely gorgeous. Think Kiera Knightley.
