Answers:
Exercise or play. Do things during the day to get your energy out. Take the dog for a walk, ride a bike to the library. Whatever you can do to get those sugars used up. You'll be tired, get better sleep, digest food better, and be healthier. also, take a look at your diet. Do you drink a lot of pop or coffee.? Do you have a high caffeine intake.? Make sure you're not eating too much sugar or salt and keep up on the good stuff like fruits and veggies. I'm always too tired, and my doctor recommends to take iron. Maybe you have too much iron.?
You might try drinking tea before bed, something with honey in it, I hear works wonders. Read a book and GO to bed before 3, don't wait til you get tired to finally hit the sack.Health Question & Answer

Don't eat or drink late into the evening, especially not coffee or tea. The most important thing is to keep a regular schedule. Try not to be waking up at 7 one day and then 10 the next. Your body gets confused.
also, minimize the number of distractions you have after, say, midnight. Turn off the computer, go to your bedroom and read some school work or a book.Health Question & Answer
