3 hours is way too long for any girl to handle!! i start getting sore if my bf goes for just over half an hour as he sometimes has the same problem as you! when this happens i usually just finish him off by giving him a hand job! to help you finish off quicker get your gf to tease you alot before while your doing foreplay as i found this helped out my bf a lot!!! but it i also found it can have the opposite effect and make him come too quick, so also make sure she doesn't over tease you!
