one of my teahcers just had one. it is a really sad time at school. we are all praying for her because since ive been in school for 3 years this is her second. her husband is the dean of students too and his facial expression was very sad today.

To get the fetus or other leftover tissue and clots out... they perfrom a D and C. Basically they open you up and have to go in and scrape you out. The put you to sleep and the operation does not last more than 30 min to an hour. Really what your asking is a Spontaneous miscariage. It can be from the fetus not growing right, to the egg not makes it up the tubes, certain blood types dont match, and even the genes fusing. To make a baby takes alot of hard work, a lot of the times they do not go right. 1 in 5 pregnancies are actually a miscarriage.Health Question & Answer

well, it's when a woman was pregnant and then looses her baby. It is very sad. They shouldn't tell kids that are too young to know what that means.....they should have just told you all she is sick, unless they wanted to explain it to you all. Health Question & Answer
