What to do...if anything?!


Question: What to do...if anything.?
So I deal with an eating disorder....I have not eaten in awhile, and I eat some oatmeal and my tummy is hurting so badly well the pain go away.? I feel like i'm going to to get sick...my tummy is really tight feeling and I feel like someone just hit me in the tummy....

Please help if you can....

Oatmeal is great for keeping your bowel movement regular. Since you have not been eating regularly this can be causing you gas pains. you should start your road to recovery with foods that contain less roughage. Start out with liquids such as broths. Jello is another choice you can make. Start out with small amounts and increase gradually to allow your stomach to adjust slowly. Good luck to you. and when you eat something it needs to change the way its working
