im going alone my mum hasnt any idea about it (she wouldnt understand..) but im stumped on what to tell him when he asks whats wrong...
when i think of anything it all just sounds so stupid and a waste of time

just tell him the truth. tell him you are worried about your own eating habits. Doctors arent easily shocked :)
