Has anyone stopped birth control pills vomiting 2 weeks later?!

I stopped taking my bc pills for one month 2 years ago and ended up getting pregnant that month and I had to stop taking my pills after a week into the pack when I realized they had expired over 6 months ago.. so Im curious if this nausea I have been having on and off recently and vomiting I have experienced this morning and a week and a half ago could be morning sickness or just my body adjusting from stopping the pill. I have also had a migraine all last week and have been EXTREMELY tired for over 3 weeks now. I took an early results HPT yesterday (probably too early to know) it was negative but my period is due on Sunday or Monday but who knows now that I have stopped the pill. I have also had very light cramping in my stomach that I mainly notice at night (not from gas). I had quite a bit of sex this month too before I noticed the pills were expired... I have never gotten sick or felt so drained from birth control before and Ive been on it for a few years so this is unusual for me. What do you think pregnant or the pill.? Anyone else experience vomiting after stopping the pill.?Health Question & Answer
