Please Help! Im in so much pain!!!!?!

Question: Please Help! Im in so much pain!!!!.?
Ok. I know this is long but please read and please help. I was in the ER 3 days ago and I cannot afford another copay so I cant go back. Im getting horrible pains on my right side near where my kidney is but it has also started hurting down towards my bladder area. Its a pressure pain when I go to the bathroom. No burning or anything. However whenever I sit down or move suddenly I get a stabbing pain near my bladder. Its so horrible. The Dr at the ER said it was a severe UTI and gave me scripts for Pyridium and Ciprofloxacin. They also did a pregnancy test since I was at the time 3 days late it was negative and Im now 6 days late.
Im done with the Pyridium now and the pain has still been constant. My regular Dr wont be in until Monday.

Here are my questions:
#1 Can a UTI cause my period to be this late.? I have no signs of starting my period (boobs arent hurting like they ALWAYS do before I start) Before my last period I had very severe cramping but I started it early and it was normal, no cramping after that.
#2 If it was a tubal pregnancy would that still show a negative pregnancy test.? Since Im in so much pain im very worried about this.
#3 Can the medicine cause my pee to "gel" up.?
#4. When should I expect the pain to stop.?
Im just in so much pain. I dont know what to do. It seriously has me to where I can barely moveHealth Question & Answer

Hon, despite your reluctance to return to the er, you have to do just that. The advice given to you from the first answerer above is absolutely correct, you need emergency medical treatment! The pain will not just stop without intervention. Good luck!Health Question & Answer

this is bad you must go back now, could be a kidney stone ,tubal pregnancy,or appendicitis, what do you meanby gel up.? no tablets can do thisHealth Question & Answer

The reason for your period not starting could be stress. That combined with the fact your body is under strain from coping with pain, it may have "shut down" to cope and ensure you don't become too fatigued.

If you were pregnant it probably would show up, even if it was a tubal/ectopic pregnancy as the same hormones would still be emitted. However, it might be worth doing another test just encase.

You can check the side effects and way in which the tablets work by typing them into google.

Probably the best advice would be to see your doctor as soon as possible if you are still worried.
