No, as far as I know, there are no viruses that a cat can give you that will keep you from getting pregnant. If you're experiencing difficulties conceiving you should see a doctor because it could be something serious. If you do end up pregnant and you have a cat, I advise that you avoid any contact with the litter box and have someone else in your household be primarily responsible for taking care of it.
