Question: Ever heard of "wet brain syndrome", if so do you know anyone who has been unfortunate enough to get it.?
Answers:
The term you are referring often applies to someone who has abused alcohol to the point that normal brain function is permanently impaired.

I have had family members die of the syndrome.

They all have been born in the late Eighteen hundreds or early 1900's.

The last survivor died 8yrs ago..He keep walking and did not stop.. very hard on his family..
Would leave his farm.......

All males..

They all drank alcohol..........
