Question: Is price of condoms affecting they quality.?

I just was searching some web sites, to help my bf in deciding what condoms to get now and i was thinking about this question again. I saw some (for me) totally unknown brands that are very very Cheap, about 3-4 pounds for pack of 12. And, on the other hand, Durex condoms are about 8 pound for 12. Are they more expensive only because they are carrying famous brand or because they are more reliable, with better quality.?Health Question & Answer

The plastic used to make a Durex condom is of better quality than the cheaper brands. Tend not to want to save a couple of pounds on something like that because what if the condom breaks.? It's more expensive to raise a child than it is to buy condoms.

I would say that they are more expensive because they are better quality.
same with clothes right.? but then again...clothes carry "designer" labels the same as condoms and so that may boost the price as well.
I've never used anything other than durex but thats not to say other brands aren't as good.
If you find them too expensive go to the local family planning clinic or something like that and you can usually pick some up for free =]Health Question & Answer
