ok, we just got back from our high schools football game (we lost :[ )
and, o mi god it was soooo cold. and even though i had on socks i still got freazer burn. how can i make the burnin' stop. also, how can i help a really sore throat.? i screamed a little to loud and a little to much. GO TROJANS!!!!!!!!!!!

get a warm bath going a soak those tootsies!! just be careful not to burn yourself. If your really cold, you might not notice the temp as much. For a sore throat, just get a hot cup of tea with honey and lemon. It works EVERY time. believe me, tea and lemon and honey has been used for sore throats in my family for YEARSSS.
