You actually can not make hair grow faster. Hair folicals have a speed they grow at, and it doesnt really change. Only thing you can do is keep it healthyer so you dont have to get much cut off for damage and split ends. So if you have damaged ends get them trimmed off now so they dont get worse. Then take good care of your hair.

Avoid blow drying as much as possible. Curling/straightnening dont do at all. Dont color or use other chemicals on your hair.

Pay attention to how much you wash your hair and how it gets. Hair doesnt actually need to be washed every day, unless you are dealing with sweat, hair products or oily hair. In winter, if you arnt really sweatting much and your hair doesnt get oily too fast, try washing every other day. Over washing hair strips it of natural oils that are good for the hair.

Condition the ends of your hair well. Near your scalp doesnt need much conditioner as you create natural oils there. The ends are what need the conditioner. Always start at the ends. and work toward the scalp.

Avoid styling hair too much.....blow drying, hair products and brushing a lot all arnt good for hair. Just pay attention to how much you are doing those and cut back some if you can

Make sure you either have the appropriate vitamins in your diet or take a suppliment.Health Question & Answer

ok, there are some treatments, but they are honestly not all theyre cracked up to be. the best thing you can do is stay healthy and try to get the following vitamins etc to promote healthy hair:
Good nutrition is vital to healthy hair growth, just as it's essential to overall good health. Although your body needs a variety of vitamins and minerals to maintain proper body functions, there are several that are specific to hair growth and health.
When starting a new vitamin regime, it usually takes from 2 to 3 months to see results in your hair's condition. That means that patience and consistency is very important. It's also important to check with your doctor before starting a vitamin program, especially if you have health concerns.
