I got my 3rd period on September 17th, and i didnt get it at all in october . its still irregular so im not worried about that. But lately, I have been PMSing like crazy ! Im bloated, and i have been a little moody. On my pantiliners its clear jelly discharge, and brown discharge . Im 100 % sure im not pregnannt .

Yep that all sounds like another period coming. The jelly like discharge sounds like the thick discharge that comes before a period, and the brown stuff was light spotting, I spot for a few days every month before my period.

Sounds like you're definitely due to get your period soon. If there's no way possible you can be pregnant then don't worry, it should come soon. If nothing happens this month then go to see your doctor. You don't say how old you are but you mention you're still irregular so if you've only recently started your periods then it's nothing to worry about.
