Question: Speeding up my period! Is it possible.? .?
I came onto my period today (sunday) which is slightly annoying as i have planned a romantic night in with my boyfriend on wednesday- i reallly cant be on my period then. do any of you have any special tricks or ideas as to how i can speed my period up so that im not having my period on wednesday.?

I'm not sure if this would work all the time... but whenever I have my period, and I work out or excercise, my period seems to end a little sooner.

No, there is no way to speed up or shorten the duration of a period.Health Question & Answer
