Oh Dana, this is no problem. Worry not.
Just take them at 9 am, assuming that remains a good time for you. The simple one hour difference will make no difference in your level of protection in the long run. Now of course, if you just started the pill yesterday, you still need to be using other protection, OK.?
In the grand statistical scheme of things, 9 am and 8 am are the same time. ;)

You're fine. A one hour time change is inconsequential.
Years ago I used the pill as my birthcontrol and honestly was not exact with timing. I took them "around" the same time every day but this varied by a couple hours in either direction. I never had a problem at all. I know it was the pill still working perfectly for me and not coincidence because when I later went off the pill to have a baby, I conceived quickly. If you just started taking them, you are not safe to have sex anyway. You are supposed to wait and your doc should have given you information about that. If you are not in a long-term relationship for many years, you should be using condoms anyway. One hour difference will not matter.Health Question & Answer
take it at 8 o clock.it isnt about the time on the clock, its about taking it 24 hours after the last one.
so take it at 8 from now on.Health Question & Answer

it doesn't matter when you take them. as long as its around the same time, it really shouldn't matter if its an hour offHealth Question & Answer
