By medical standards, you would be a virgin. But in fact, you're not really. Personnaly, I think that being a virgin is a state of mind.

As far as the "virgin" thing goes, it depends on what you mean by "virgin". If virgin means "never had sex" then no, you're not, but if virgin means "my hymen is still intact" then yes, you are. That being said, your hymen can break on its own due to exercise, so medical tests can't really tell whether you're a virgin or not.
