im 16, and ive had my period for 3 years.. (although its still not regular). everyone, and i mean everyone in my family is a C and above.. and im a double A! there is absolutley no breast tissue there it looks like, i could pass for being a boy.. im definatley looking into implants. i cant take being flat anymore i cant wear any shirts, annd i dont feel womanly!

i am 15 and i have had my period for about....3 or 4 years now. like you, everyone is alot bigger than i am and its driving me crazy. i am only a 34A and have been like that for a while now. there are two choices for you. one, you can TRY and be confident with yourself. i know it kills to see that sentence but its true. sometimes guys dont really care about what size you have. i know you feel less like a women, but im sure that the right guy will make you feel as if you are the most beautiful girl in the world. another option is to eat almonds. these do help breast size but they can also make you gain weight, so youd have to be careful. there are some minerals or vitamins that have estrogen in them to increase breast size, which is only one of the things that they do. another, if you realllyyyy are up for it, is implants. thing is with that though is that you have to go every 10 years or so to maintain them. and yet, there is still a chance that youll grow naturally. you could just be a "late bloomer" Health Question & Answer
I wouldn't look to artificial solutions until your 18. While you wait, try to love your body for what it is. Breasts are a pain in the but. I'm a B and they drive me crazy but I have bigger friends and I don't understand how they function with all that wobbly flesh swinging around in front of them. My Mom tells me that the worst part of pregnancy is that it stretched out her breasts. You are probably feeling pressure about your size because you come from a large busted family. I know how this feels. Well, sort of. When I started high school I had just moved to a new city and everyone at my school had big breasts.
