Yes but the chances are very slim, when you ovulate and the egg doesn't get fertilized you will get your period which is the uterine lining shedding its self and getting ready to prepare for the next month, but if you have never had a period before you don't know when you might ovulate for the first time, that's why its tricky you might ovulate today and in two weeks you could get your first period but if you were to have sex on or around the days of ovulation you could get pregnant and have never had a period before.
