Just explain to him that you have extreme symptoms related to your period. Or maybe show him the website below or find another one that will help him understand.

I am sorry about your boyfriend and he should know what PMS is by now. Some guys don't have the time to sit and read about girls periods but they will sit and read how to play videos all day long. If hes mad he really is not worth being your boyfriend, because one rule guys always learn is to respect a girl and her feelings at all times.

just tell him your hormones are going crazy and you are very sensitive because you are about to get on your period..tell him you'll be fine in a week and to back off, lol.. :D oh to be a girl..!
