If you have your period, you will bleed. The lining of your uterus is shedding. Unless there's blood, it's not your period.Health Question & Answer

No - you should still bleed. A period is the lining of the womb coming away - as it knows the body is not pregnant so starts the process again for another chance of pregnancy the next month.

Are you sure you cannot be pregnant.?

If there is no chance of pregnancy wait another week and go to your doctor. :) Health Question & Answer

I get cramps every 2 weeks after i get my period and I also get cramps on my period. :( its sucks so bad. This started 3 months ago...I went to the dr. and i had a very "wierd" ultrasound done where the stuck stuff up there..and i have ovarian cyst....

If I were you I would ask your doctor about it...I could be a cyst or it could be "middle pains".

Good luck! Health Question & Answer

This often happens at the beginning of pregnancy when the fertilized egg implants in the uterus. It happened at the beginning of each of my pregnancies.Health Question & Answer
