If you want a child by all means, continue going unprotected but I would highly suggest VCF (Vaginal Contraceptive Film) and birth-control if you two are just doing it that way because condoms don't "feel as good." you can't tell if someone is pregnant from a physical exam. they would have to get a blood or urine test but they would probably refer her to a gyn first depending on when her last period was. anywhere from around 5 days before getting her period to 5 days after missing her period depending on the doctor, may tell her it is to early to determine.Health Question & Answer
